Effective Multi-Cloud Monitoring With Limited AI Anomaly Detection And Root Cause Analysis
We are currently using SolarWinds observability platform to monitor public cloud resources. I have integrated with AWS and Azure cloud using API based authentication and discovered various AWS & Azure resources and configured key performance metrics (such as CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization, Disk Utilization, Process down, service down etc.) alerts and configured email notification rules to trigger email when threshold is breached and configured ManageEngine ITSM monitor mailbox and convert them into incident ticket for operations team to take action. Deployed SolarWinds agent and collector server to enable detailed AWS & Azure servers monitoring. Also, tried to enable the AI feature Anomaly Detection and Root Cause Assist in our environment.
