What I like most about the product is its clear and intuitive dashboards that provide real-time insights. It makes identifying performance isssue very quick, and the reliable alerts help us take action instantly. The overall visibility into logs, metrices, and traces is extremely helpful for maintaining stable and high-performing application
1) Comprehensive observability. 2 Powerful Dashboard 3- Realtime alert
Real-time visualization of application metrics and distributed tracing is extremely valuable. The alerting and anomaly detection features are accurate and actionable, helping catch performance issues before they affect end users. The Integration with cloud services and CI/CD tools also makes it easy to embed monitoring eith our development life cycle
What I dislike most is that some features can feel a bit complex at first, and navigating through advanced dashboards has a slight learning curve. At times, the platform can also feel heavy with too many options. Simplifying certain workflows and improving onboarding would make the experience even better.
Complexity in deployment Complexity in pricing model which depont on traffic and number of admin users No on-premis solution, only SaaS
Complex pricing models leading to cost escalation when data volume or user count grows. Poor UI navigation makes it difficult for new users or less technical teams to fully utilize platforms potential. Customer support for non-enterprise tiers is limited, which can be frustrating at times when there are urgent incidents or troubleshooting required.
