What I like most about the product is its clear and intuitive dashboards that provide real-time insights. It makes identifying performance isssue very quick, and the reliable alerts help us take action instantly. The overall visibility into logs, metrices, and traces is extremely helpful for maintaining stable and high-performing application

1) The monitoring helps to identify errors and slow transactions easily 2)Complete tracing of a request helping us to show the entire flow of a request which is helpful in a microservice application 3) Real time alerts and responses that help assess anomalies and trigger alerts for the team before the issue reaches the user
What I dislike most is that some features can feel a bit complex at first, and navigating through advanced dashboards has a slight learning curve. At times, the platform can also feel heavy with too many options. Simplifying certain workflows and improving onboarding would make the experience even better.
