It's a high performance tool that has a lot of information to offer that can be acted upon but doesn't present it in a readable/actionable way for an org to adopt and implement. I wish packet path visualization from source to destination and vice versa was available as well.

    The collabortion with the provider is working perfectly. There were only a few repeated tests for a dahboard that still sin't running to our satisfaction, but as soon as that is resolved; I would also give five stars. Update: Dashboard is working fine now! :) => Five stars! :)

    I found myself sometimes limited when trying to perform customizations that do not sound so complex initially. I consider NR the best service of its type, so I would expect it to have more capabilities when it comes to these customizations.

As NewRelic continues to release new features for use, I frequently favor the following three, 1) Apps section - Apps built and submitted to the market place provide out of the box usage for cloud cost optimization and journey mapping 2) Catalog, Teams and Scorecard - Makes asset management and standardizing operational rules easier across the fleet 3) All-In-One platform - It becomes easier to debug when all application information sits and is accessible from one tool

1) Comprehensive observability. 2 Powerful Dashboard 3- Realtime alert

The product has outstanding features, and close cooperation with the provider makes it easy and quick to resolve any issues.

Dislike

1) Pricing can go out of hand with large ingestion of logs 2) Full User access is pricy 3) Screen space utilisation and navigation is weak. Makes interaction with the information difficult

Complexity in deployment Complexity in pricing model which depont on traffic and number of admin users No on-premis solution, only SaaS

There are no known issues we would dislike about the product. We would prefer a invoice split to the main projects (owners) driven from the settings inside the product.
