On the surface, the Mitel Phone system is exactly as you expect it to be. Once you have to work with it, however, you'll quickly find that Product labeling is confusing and unintuitive. Documentation is not freely available and due to the disorganization of product names finding results to what I would think are common questions is unnecessarily difficult.

    Enterprise Contact Center for Europe: A dedicated solution for Europe users

    We are providing our services to our Europe clients. And not all but some required to give support to their users. So we took the help of our mitel business friends who suggests us to use this solutions specially made for Europe. This gives us freedom of not creating our own solution like this which is time and money consuming. We are happy with this because this is really very supportive for us.

Easy installation and configuration

It works. There's not much else to say, it has it's quirks, but it does the job.

I liked the support mitel provides with this solution. And all the thing which are required like feedback and load balance are automatically comes with this solution.

activating licensee

No external visibility in to the system (SNMP, SSH, etc.). I cannot monitor status with 3rd party monitoring tools which further complicates the product.

Sometime setup on new infra takes time. Or when we setup this for new client it takes some time.
