Pros: 1) Service ans support is prompt and service staff are well trained. 2) It is easily accessible form any time and any where. 3) It is scalable and integration with any operating system easily.

Seamless migration that happens with very less time and now I can access my data from anywhere is what I like most about Microsoft 365. The regular updates which are released by Microsoft assures that my data is always safe and can be accessed from anywhere anything.

1. Very user friendly and easy to understand and use for end employees/customers. 2. Highly customizable as per organization need. 3. Single console to identify, monitor and respond to all types of issues in Microsoft suite. 4. Brief planning and transition documentation availability which is easy to understand.

Cons: 1) Its setup process is complex. 2) Cost of renewal and purchase cost is high. 3) The frequency of updates is more and high speed data internet connection required to update.

There is nothing to dislike about Microsoft office 365. I am happy to migrate and support that I got from microsoft is incredible.

1. The upfront cost is a bit high/expensive for a small or medium size organization.. 2. The Microsoft teams and outlook for 2024 has a lot of bugs and issues in it. A lot of backend development is required to meet the expectation.

My experience with Microsoft office 365 implementation was brilliant. The migration was very smooth and seamless without any issues and very less downtime as everything was properly planned and executed. Many new tools were made available like Teams, One drive etc. Any issue that came up during migration was properly approached and resolved by the support team. Microsoft is very good with their security patches update release which helps in achieving compliance and reducing any vulnerabilities which can be caused. Overall, I am very happy to migrate to office 365.
