The newly introduced portal is easy to use and makes license management such an easy task. The portal also provides direct contact to the support team and their customer service team has always been top-tier whenever we have issues. Most of our issues were resolved within 24 hours. I appreciate how quick and easy the platform makes procurement, allowing us to have one central place to go for all O365 licenses need.
While their management portal initially had room for improvement, their newly released UI introduced some great new features that have elevated the experience from great to exceptional. The support that they provide responds quickly, makes it easy to troubleshoot issues, and escalation is a breeze when necessary. When it comes to projects, they have a strong team that can help you tackle almost anything you are trying to achieve.
TBH not much. It would be great if the portal has more of an automated reporting feature to let us know the latest license count, a live chat will be wonderful.
I rarely say this about any service or product, however there is almost nothing that I can think of that I dislike about the service. The only thing that I dislike is that they are not flexible with auto-payment dates. Payments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month, which doesn't align with our preferred billing date, requiring us to manually submit payment each month. However, given the significant savings we've experienced since making the switch, this is a minor inconvenience at worst.
