We used Microsoft Bookings to fill a specific need, allowing end-customers to book specific time slots without customer service agents in support of a premium product that we were offering, that in some cases requires more in-depth explanation and setup assistance than our typical product mix. We found the tool to be absolutely superb in doing this, with a straightforward workflow for customers and good customization options for us.

I think the overall experience with Microsoft Bookings is satisfactory. There isnt much that it does to separate itself from other companies, both in a good way and a bad way. The user interface simple but could be improved upon. Because of the widespread use of Microsoft products is what helps drive this product, not necessarily its functionality.
