My favorite is how it finds past discussions, emails, files etc that you are working on and can pull that content to use as the base for its next response. Select what you want it to focus on and it can generate answers, pull other source files, or navigate you through next steps. It can also use any of these resources to summarize sata/information for you. This makes copilot studio very efficient from a work aspect and easier to integreate into daily routines.
As mentioned the seamless integration in M365 Services like PowerPlattform or MS Graph integration, If your main systems are connected to M365 with Connectors, you can use AI-Agents for quikly prototyping.
This product has comprehensive capabilities; according to my experience in this platform so far I think we can use this platform for multiple tasks including internal operation process management, customer servicing (in our case mobile number change, email change, bank account update request, end different types of life insurance policy endorsement not impacting their premium), service ticketing is very effective and efficient and more. I have developed various IT SOPs such as Change Management SOP, Incident Management SOP, IS Risk Management SOP with the help of this platform.
The desired outcome isnt always what you expect or the most efficient. As someone who utilizes this tool from an L&D perspective, I need to make sure content I am pulling from connects back to our company content knowledge. I have had instances where very generic content is generated that does now or would not meet our company standards and be organic to our needs even though it is pulling resources from my files.
Costs and License Management for using Agents with Copilot Credits is difficult to understand
It works best if you are in the Microsystem ecosystem and require excessive time to learn, understand the platform and apply in real business case for complex requirements (in my case insurance premium calculation, claim evaluation).

Our Overall Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio has been very positive. The platform provides a strong foundation for building, deploying and managing conversational AI solutions with deep integration into Microsoft Eco System.
