It gives strong visibility into endpoint activity and helps security teams investigate suspicious alerts quickly. Console is user friendly compared to many traditional tools. Detection quality is strong, especially for behavioral threats and suspicious executions. Remote response features are also useful during incidents. Sometimes initial tuning is requrired to reduce unwnated alerts, and pricing can be higher for some organizations. But overall it is a solid and reliable solution.

A very robust platform in terms of security, and one that has been significantly improved recently. Its XDR integration is growing daily. The manufacturer's pricing system is difficult to understand and is constantly changing.

With Cynet, we get to enjoy enterprise grade threat protection. It effectively consolidates data across endpoints, email, cloud, networks and identities to simplify security operations. Cynet not only detects threats, it auto responds and sends action reports. Cynet has greatly reduced threat incidences and risks.

The platform does well in identifying threats and anomalies through behavioural analytics and machine learning models. They provide good context about a security alert. But, sometimes the alert may not be clear about the activity that is the cause for it and even the query language is difficult to get used to and work with.

My overall experience has been positive, in terms of threat detection and response. The platform uses Cisco Talos and AI assistance to respond which is very efficient. As i have deployed it in my company, initial requirements and maintenance requires good understand of cisco ecosystem. Apart from that, I really like the automated response and MITRE mapping feature.

Having the information available in one place made it easier to understand what happened and reduced the time spent gathering details.
