The policy sync is always a hassle, creation of new policies takes quite long for a cloud backend, support/finding experts in that topic is really hard
Policy configuration and setup can take more time. Analyst need to be trained properly in policy and alert tuning. Test the policies in the test env then deploy on prod env.
