This is very good advance billing platform. Very good for enterprise market. It has advance rate engine which support complex tariff plans. You can configure multi carrier tariff for different trunks. Attractive prebuilt reports are available. Even you can create customized reports. Very good ready made gadgets were available for dash boards to depict system status. Implementation a success but complex and resource intensive in a short time frame
The implementation of Mind's billing solutions was a success for our company. The Mind team was and has been very engaging and supportive of our efforts to be agile in a competitive landscape. Our ability to quickly deployed this new billing system with the vender’s support was key to our success. Their technical team was and is one of the best we have worked with a very knowledgeable of their billing system. We purchase 3 months on-site support post implementation and it has allowed our teams to become more comfortable with the solution and reduced the learning curve. What we could have done better was the manage the initial week after post deployment better. It is great working for a company that can understand business rules and has experience in the market. Though each market is different, its great that a vendor can provide insight on process or solutions that have had expereinces with.
