This is a great product brought to the industry by Mitel as it is very reliable and easy to operate and program. The system is very flexible and so allows us to install various devices from digital to UC softphones. The stability and flexibility of the product is great for the price.

Large enterprise capabilities can be easily met here by scaling with licensing and additional chassis. The admin interface to perform maintenance and setups is user friendly and intuitive. It is very easy to use and simple to manage.

Bluetooth connectivity on the 6900 series phones. Teleworker solution Mitel Revolution integration to the phone

Dislike

Reporting is not good enough by default as it requires to purchase extra software to make reports look great. Technical support response times are very slow and training modules are less available on their website.

    A true voice integration in all our Applications

    We were looking for a voice solution for our application in organization and based on our prior experience we got the information about the MiVoice solution so we initiated a pilot project to just test this solution on our platform. But, we were satisfied with this and integrated in all our application. Now all our competitors asks about this solution. We are really happy with this.

    Flexible telephony solution

    Mitel provides an innovative solution that scales well to our organization. The solution offers flexibility that enables us to evolve our telecommunications over time. We originally deployed 30+ systems due to our legacy telephony infrastructure. We have since migrated to SIP and have begun consolidating system. Mitel makes this process very easy. We have deployed both the physical hardware and the virtual solution; the virtual solution is blazing fast. The system is maintained internally by IT staff effectively.

    Pretty good resource for making multiple locations feel like one, at least on the phone.

    A complete suite of tools to allow multiple remote offices to operate as one from a telecommunications standpoint. Not too difficult to learn alongside Mitel hardware.
