easy of the configuration
1) Does well at managing multiple calls simultaneously 2) Easy to set up with a deskphone or softphone for remote work 3) Easy to set up power routing rules to forward calls to a cellphone
Again, the reliability. We rarely have issues with the system and we are very grateful for that. The UI remains solid and doesn't seem to change much with updates. And then, the physical phones themselves are easy to use and don't seem to break as easily as some of the other phones we have used in the past.

1) Setting up the app on iPhone could be more intuitive 2) I wish there was an easier way to search through calls on hold 3) Assigning custom availability could be a little more user friendly
I do feel like they are a little dated compared to the competition. This has its advantages and disadvantages, but I just worried about getting left behind or if the system breaks, there is no way to fix it. We are currently in a system where we don't pay any kind of fees to maintain the system.
