Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) Likes & Dislikes
I personally like many things but some of them I want to highlight here like simple administration, call routine options and easy troubleshooting.
Easy to copy, supercopy, and configure the actual phones.
Its flexibility, its security component, the ability to grow to meet any size and overall its full features
Nothing in my mind but some features can be added but not in the product for example auto attendant can be made part of it but it's not there.
Setting up hunt groups, route groups, and no call center
The cost and the licensing is a bit much. Upgrades are a major project but I believe that is getting better in future version.
