Easy to integrate, very powerful features, good service (no incidents).

Scale and resilience of the platform, we send in excess of 2bn messages peryear covering our marketing promotions and service messaging. We have gone through two Black Friday trading periods with Airship and have experienced no issues with messaging reaching customers quickly at point of send. The tech integrates well with our MarTech estate (CDP, Azure Micro-services) and their core platform is easy to use for campaign configuration. We have been able to work with professional services team to build complex solutions to specific edge cases we require. They came back stronger than any of the other competitors during our RFI process.

More focus in marketing.

A few areas to improve is to not lose focus on their core products in pursuit of further enhancing new avenues and building a larger experience platform. Performance Analytics product can be slow and take time to bring back results of queries. This has been raised with them and they have been working on improving the speed of the product. More work to do here still though

Through our partnership we enabled new types of messages cacross our journey than delivered a hugely positive ROI and increase relevance to our global audience. Their visual UI is easy to use and for us in particular integrates well with our internal tech to enable multi-step lifecycle messaging. Airship's professional services team are hugely responsive and quick to react to any platform risks to service. Good speed to resolution and always keep the customer up to date and engaged throughout to full RCA.

Using Airship on numerous native mobile apps, we are very happy with this fully complete Customer Engagment Platform which allow us to manage efficiently our large customer base (15m+ / months) on multiple mobile applications and various channels. The UI is very user-friendly and allow marketing teams to create advanced push campaigns or automatized Customers Journeys very easily. Support teams, online documentation and SDK/API quality are great and saved us a lot of time on implementation and run issues. We finally have regular exchanges with their teams to give them feedback on their solutions, and work on new features, innovations... It is a real partnership with a win/win approach.

As a retailer, we use Airship for all our communication within the app and out of the app. Our focus is primarily on automated communication via mobile push and the use of location-based marketing. Airship already offers many targeting options on a user friendly interface after simple integration of the SDK. In addition, many significantly enhanced targeting and segmentation options can be implemented with little development effort. There are three things that I find particularly convincing about Airship: 1. speed of development: Both the user interface and the underlying functions are constantly being developed further - and at a speed that I have hardly ever seen before in software. I also like the fact that new feature and improvement suggestions I submit via support are often passed on to product development and even implemented. 2. comprehensive documentation: The entire system is very well documented for users and developers. If you enjoy reading it, you can achieve much more with Airship than the really good user interface already allows. 3. really good support: This is perhaps the most important point: Airship support is incredibly good - quick answers and to the point from really good people. In principle there is hardly anything to complain about Airship. The software is not quite cheap ,but if you want to drive a Porsche, you have to pay a Porsche - and you can expect a Porsche in return!
