Scale and resilience of the platform, we send in excess of 2bn messages peryear covering our marketing promotions and service messaging. We have gone through two Black Friday trading periods with Airship and have experienced no issues with messaging reaching customers quickly at point of send. The tech integrates well with our MarTech estate (CDP, Azure Micro-services) and their core platform is easy to use for campaign configuration. We have been able to work with professional services team to build complex solutions to specific edge cases we require. They came back stronger than any of the other competitors during our RFI process.

A few areas to improve is to not lose focus on their core products in pursuit of further enhancing new avenues and building a larger experience platform. Performance Analytics product can be slow and take time to bring back results of queries. This has been raised with them and they have been working on improving the speed of the product. More work to do here still though
