Mobile Studio - part of Marketing Cloud is a powerful & automation platform for mobile marketing. I lead the mobile marketing function at my organization and using Mobile Studio. I can create strong and attractive content using this platform that helps me to attract and engage the customers, there are a lot of predefined templates are there and even I can create my own from scratch too. This platform helps me to engage my customers using the web, mobile, and text, I can send text messages, push notifications, web push notifications,s and even email too to engage my customers, I am using this to send the promotion as well as the important announcement too. The support is good, customization and integration are amazing and I am free to customize this platform according to my need. The features like real-time offers and location-based offers are unique and effective, hence I can say here that my overall experience is great with Mobile Studio.

I like the content created using this platform, there is a lot of pre-defined content and templates are there and even I can create my own content as well, this helps me to build great content so that I can manage to engage my customers, this is very to use full and I like this the most. I also like the real-time offers, as well as location-based offers, feature, in this feature, I am able to send web push notifications and text messages in real-time and location based, hence I like these features too.

Helps in reporting- easy to read and understand. All the data can be found at a single location. Automatically calculates and helps in taking next best steps.

I like the real-time offers features the most, this feature allows me to send specific real-time offers notification using all the medium to my customers and this is automation hence able to engage my customers to like never before, hence I love this feature the most, apart from this I also like the integration and customization of this platform which is not limited like other platforms and I also like the competitive platform cost, hence these are the three features that I like this most.

I must say that cost of Mobile studio is very high, though the features and function are great but the price/cost is very high if I compare it with the other platform, hence I dislike the high cost of Mobile Studio.

It is new , so if there are some issues , we are not able to resolve them fast using data on Net.

The contact import feature is not so good and my experience is also not good with this, when I import the contacts in bulk this shows an error all the time, I tried to rectify this but ended up with dissatisfaction, hence I dislike this feature the most. Rest all the features are really very good.

    Mobile Studio is a powerful mobile marketing platform, this is a completely automated platform and based on the cloud, this mobile marketing platform is able to integrate with Salesforce Sales CRM as well as other third-party applications too, which is a very easy process and we are able to centralize our process. I have been using this platform for more than three years and really love this. This platform is able to target our customers using web push notifications, push notifications, text messages, and email marketing. I can set up the campaign and even this platform is able to send the mobile marketing campaign on time. The reports, dashboards, and real-time tracking features are really very good. Hence I must say here that my overall experience is very good.

    Mobile Studio is the best mobile marketing platform. This is another best platform from Salesforce. it is completely cloud-based and after using this platform I can now reach out to my customer using many channels like web notification, mobile notifications, text, and email. This sends personalized content all the time to my customer using the activities of the customers, this really helps us to engage our customers like never before. this platform is though not very easy to use and requires a lot of training because there is a lot of features in this that need sometimes before anyone gets used to this. The reports and dashboards look very good and I use this daily. I can easily target my customer using location as well as able to send real-time offers as well. hence when it comes to my overall experience it is very good.

    Mobile Studio is the perfect platform for mobile marketing. I have been using this for more than five years and am very happy with the overall productivity. With the help of Mobile Studio, I can engage my customers using text messages, web notifications, push web notification,s and MMS messages. This platform send real-time notifaction to my cistomers at the right time and I have seen real growth and customer enaggemnet like never before. Mobile Studio is very easy to handle and I love the tehcnial supoort too. This platform also track the activities of contacts and send the personalize information each time, this relly helps us to get more conversion. Hence my overall experience is very good.
