The product is very reliable. When service is needed, Motive is quick to respond and provide a resolution or escalate to their product or engineering team.

Easy access to vehicle and driver profiles and options to customize features to fit our company's needs.

They are always adding features that usually help us.

There is not much to dislike. we like that The product is reliable. The service provided is exceptional.

1) Inability to individually assign safety coaches to drivers based on our company structure 2) Constant firmware updating that does not always automatically push through 3) No notification of a disconnect if a driver unplugs a GPS or dashcam device (The disconnect report and alerts are not accurate all of the time)

That they generally do not let us remove ELDs until the end of our yearly contract, and our fleet various on the season.
