I like most of the features, some of the features I used a lot in SEO like backlink analyses, DA/PA checking and sites audit.

The ranking tool makes it easy for me to track 200 locations in a single spot. This saves me multiple hours per week. I'm able to easily track changes in ranking over time for my multiple markets and then dig down deeper into the results.
I feel there is not any drawbacks or features that I don't like. Everything is so smooth and simple.
not a huge dislike but the accessibility of the different plans available and what options you have isnt always the easiest to understand or locate.
The lack of training is disappointing. I feel that we are only scraping the surface with how we use the tools. Advanced video training would be a great way to improve adoption and allow us to scale out further.
