Bit-Titan has been our primary tool for cloud infrastructure migrations for a few years. We had tried several others, and none have had the functionality and ease of use that Bit-Titan provides. Their documentation is outstanding, advanced features are available for particular migration scenarios, the support team responds and escalates quickly, and the development team has made significant strides to ensure their software is up to date with Microsoft's rapidly changing environment.

The functionality of this product is fantastic. It made migration of both Email and now Onedrive data during a major M&A process much simpler. We did find that DeploymentPro tended to cause more issues than it was worth. Additionally, the GUI for MSP PRo could be greatly simplified. We found no need for 90% of the tabs and tools included and we were migration 1-2k people. I could potentially see the need for separating projects and doling out tasks around the 5k+ mark but the online GUI ultimately caused more confusion than anything else.
