The text to speech is outstanding and having an AI speaker that has multiple language options or speaking styles is very useful and user-friendly. Text to Speech for re-creating video instructions is what we like most in combination with the PowerPoint plugin and speed of the tool.

Natural Voices - The quality is clear, professional and realistic. Much better than most other AI. Easy to use- The interface is simple and intuitive, so its easy to create and edit voiceovers. Customization Options - being able to adjust tone, pitch, emphasis and pauses makes the voiceovers feel more natural and tailored.
One weakness is timing the new speech and narration with the original video. We currently have to do this in diff product, which is an extra step and a lot of work if in the review process changes are needed. Uploading a video is possible, but timing/editing it is not easy or userfriendly. It would help if we could time it with an uploaded video to make it easier.
Inflection is sometimes difficult to perfect, even with Say it My Way.
Pronunciation issues- certain words or names don't always sound right. Limited free trial - the trial is restrictive, so you can't fully test the product. Editing limitations - Fine tuning complex scripts can be very hard.
