Can be used multipurpose
As a user, you can create very in depth walk throughs on the platform. It is great how these can be embedded in knowledge bases. Navattic offers great hands-on CS support as well.
One thing I particularly appreciate is the wealth of case studies available. They've been a great source of inspiration. Equally, their customer support is outstanding. Even when our account manager is away, there's always someone ready to pick up my queries and respond quickly, with helpful solutions.
Can be a bit more intuitive
The biggest challenge with the Navattic product is the amount of time it takes to set up tutorials. When using the platform for a rapidly evolving software, the maintenance of Navattic becomes overwhelming. It would be great if there was a more automated way to make updates on their platform.
Navattic isn't the cheapest tool in the market, but the capabilities is offers make it worth the investment. As a product marketer, I've found it to be a key tool for creating impactful experiences for our prospects and customers.

Navattic is overall a great product for building product demos. We have created multiple product demos for our websites using this tool. It lacks a few key features like routing which some of the other providers have. But great support, great tool and love the product
