We are in the process of fully implementing our Lockpath solution, but so far we have been very pleased with the flexibility and functionality of the system. We have full control over layouts, dashboards, report, and workflows, and are able to make changes quickly.

“Good 3rd party risk product, but shop around”

It works well enough as a vendor review product for our third party risk team. However, as we've learned of other technology in the same space we've identified lacking capabilities and ease of use.

Robust, flexible and configurable, reliable, with industry-leading support

The Keylight platform is robust and highly-configurable, allowing customers to build data models and process workflows to match nearly any need. System availability and performance have been great, and I believe that tech support is industry-leading in the GRC space. Importantly, the system is also easy to configure and manage - process owners can become self-sufficient with a little training, and a large application team is not necessary to support the Keylight platform.

New improved UI look and faster speed

The Keylight platform has been very configurable with a fairly easy to use interface. It is better if you are very detailed on the usecase and requirements prior to development to ensure that it will meet your needs but it is also better to start basic as to not add features that will not be used long term. The user interface for short term users can be cumbersome and not very intuitive, needing well documented instructions.

Performance of NAVEX IRM Software (Legacy) Across Market Features

NAVEX IRM Software (Legacy) Likes & Dislikes

Like

We have received great support from the Lockpath team, and they are clearly invested in improving the platform based on user feedback. There are good help resources online, but they also offer monthly webinars discussing a variety of topics, and the team is very responsive when we reach out with questions or need help.

Like

Initial sales and relationship.

Like

Configurability, usability, reliability, ease of administration, and support.

Dislike

Sometimes it seems like there is too much flexibility with the platform, and we aren't sure what the best approach is to creating processes that will be effective for our company. It would be helpful if Lockpath offered demos showing how other companies (real or sample) use the different applications (risk manager, vendor manager, compliance manager, etc.) so we can get ideas for how we want to design our program.

Dislike

After sale the company has seemingly vanished until it was time to renew. That is always irritating.

Dislike

Reporting is robust, but isn't intuitive. Even experienced report developers will be confused by some elements of the report engine.
