The Keylight platform is robust and highly-configurable, allowing customers to build data models and process workflows to match nearly any need. System availability and performance have been great, and I believe that tech support is industry-leading in the GRC space. New improved UI look and faster speed
The Keylight platform has been very configurable with a fairly easy to use interface. It is better if you are very detailed on the usecase and requirements prior to development to ensure that it will meet your needs but it is also better to start basic as to not add features that will not be used long term. The user interface for short term users can be cumbersome and not very intuitive, needing well documented instructions.
