We use this solution an alternative to Solarwinds but in a completely different unit. I find CA's NFA more informative and granular making it easy to pinpoint issues affecting bandwidth. Users or applications generating the most traffic are quickly picked and remedial actions taken

We are a huge company which require our IT tools to be able to cover a broad range of different devices and technologies. CA was able to provide that for us and give us the support we need to properly implement their product line and keep it current and working properly. Overall, their support staff is very responsive and they also have access to the developers directly, ensuring that if the fix to an issue is beyond their technical know-how they can still get the job done.
