OpManager's customer service is very poor and appalling: the support toll-free number is never answered , and email help is extremely slow and takes a long time to respond. The support staff waited months to address the numerous product faults that we reported. The support staff handles SEV1 cases as though they were SEV3, also the UAE region does not have full support on Saturdays. The support staff never properly follows up tickets and does not adhere to any SLAs. The quality of the service has not improved, even after it has been escalated to the support head. Additionally, when troubleshooting issues over the teams meeting, the support staff and the developer communicates in a language other than english which you might not understand.

Let me tell one wonderful experience with the product. Our license was expired and due to some issues, our team was unable to renew license and payment was due. Still by understanding our issue they gave us license extension for almost 2-3 months. No company in this day of age do this for their customers. Also, they provide free health checkup quarterly and introduce new features and always thrive for innovation with simplicity. Now coming back to product. Excellent product. You can get logs, dashboards, custom reports, alarms, switch/firewall config backup and much more just from this single product. For managing your network devices this product is must try. At least get a demo they provide so many features and they are adding them every quarters and you can decide to opt for it as this is completely subscription based which is definitely plus point as you pay for only what you need/use.

comprehensive monitoring capabilities, allowing us to track network and system performance effectively. it's customizable dashboard provide clear visibility into key metrics, and the alerting system is flexible and easy to configure. overall interface is user-friendly.

one of the main challenges we experience is that the application can be slow at times, especially during peak monitoring or reporting activities. additionally, custom reporting is relatively difficult to configure and often require extra time and trial-and-error to achieve the desired output.

    our overall experience with vendor has been positive. the product performs realibly and meets our operational requirements well. however, the vendor tends to be less proactive in providing updates or recommendations, which occasionally slows down issue resolution. despite that, the platform's stability and functionality still make it a valuable tool for our environment.

    I use OpManager for routine network and server monitoring and have found it practical and steady. It centralizes device and server health in one place, which makes daily checks and incident checking faster. Interface is very easy for L1 NOC engineers and the product looks efficient for my mid-sized environment.
