Poor customer support
OpManager's customer service is very poor and appalling: the support toll-free number is never answered , and email help is extremely slow and takes a long time to respond. The support staff waited months to address the numerous product faults that we reported. The support staff handles SEV1 cases as though they were SEV3, also the UAE region does not have full support on Saturdays. The support staff never properly follows up tickets and does not adhere to any SLAs. The quality of the service has not improved, even after it has been escalated to the support head.
