We swapped from another provider to Nitro as it was cheaper and the functionality was the same. We haven't had any complaints about moving to nitro and it even allows them to use the mobile app on the iPhone. The admin side of Nitro is very simple and easy to use as well. Users are finding the functions the same which is great as it means no user issues and less cost for the company as well. The PC app and the mobile app are easy to use as well. The signature part is very easy to use for the business, the only issue we had was that we needed a different license to send reminders which we have now sorted, the sales team at nitro are brilliant and come back quickly as well.
