Implementation took longer than expected but delivered clear business value
Pre-Sales and Delivery disconnect caused some surprises in the early stages of the project extending the delivery timelines and causing some limitations in expected benefits. However, in overall NOKIA went the extra mile and managed to deliver a successful project in a challenging environment. Solution has been well received in within the organization across the stakeholders and can be considered as success.
