1. The platform lags behind its competition when it comes to micro segmentation and advanced networking features. Nutanix flow needs more development in the advanced security features segment. 2. DC and DR replication is advertised as a native feature and free, however, practical deployment needs to be aware of the bandwidth constraints before using the feature if one doesn't have good network bandwidth between the DC and DR site. 3. Support for containers is not mature and is more of a lightweight container orchestration platform, so if an organization wants to run both enterprise-level container workloads and VMs from a single platform, then it may need to integrate with other solutions.

Very little. I had issues initially with things like the display resolution of the console not being scalable (makes it difficult to use with different sized monitors etc) but this has improved over time.
