Some of the product's features are deeply hidden in some backend tools which all have their own or even with other backend tools overlapping scope and purpose. It's very very hard to learn fast and efficiently if you are a new-joiner to this tool, even with previous IGA/IAM experience. A backend-tool refactoring should definitely be done.
