Very flexible but slow, sometimes not intuitive, scalability is sometimes an issue. But overall very powerful in integrating and implementing IAM processes. I would gladly recommend you to consider and use the product. They have provided good support and continuity for many years, which gives a good feeling of stability of the vendor behind the product.
