I like the Single Sign On feature - it makes access fast yet secure. The MFA and centralized control adds a layer of security. Role based access ensures that different team members can access data/apps up to a certain level of clearance.

The centralized SSO and user management while improving security is why we went with OneLogin.

So far zero bad experiences with OneLogin.

reliability is weak, user interface is slow, API is very limited, has good directory integration and role mapping capabilities

It's not always as easy to get applications set up as I would have hoped. Some troubleshooting was required.
