One Identity helps organizations strengthen cybersecurity, boost efficiency and control costs through the One Identity Fabric, a holistic approach to identity and access management (IAM). By unifying IAM tools, including identity governance and administration (IGA), access management (AM), privileged access management (PAM), and Active Directory management (AD Mgmt), it ensures optimal functionality and efficiency. This cohesive structure reduces identity sprawl and extends governance to the farthest endpoints of your IAM ecosystem. Proven and trusted on a global scale, One Identity manages more than 500 million identities for more than 11,000 organizations worldwide.

The thing I value most is the SmartFactor Authentication. It's been a massive help in reducing MFA fatigue across our office because it uses risk-based scoring to decide when to challenge a user. If someone is on a trusted network and a known device, it lets them through smoothly, but it tightens up immediately if it detects a login from a new location. It's one of the few security features that has made our end users happier while also making our security posture stronger. I also found the initial setup of the standard SaaS connectors to be very efficient, we were able to get our primary apps like Slack and Zoom integrated in just a few minutes.
scim provisioning has more features than competitors, LDC is more robust than competitors
What I like most is how simple it makes access for users. SSO just works perfectly and once it's setup people don't have to keep logging into different apps all the time. With the MFA option, we can add one more layer of security. Managing users is now so easy and access is fairly straightforward which saves a lot of time.
The recent UI update has made the administrative dashboard feel much more cluttered than it used to be. I find myself having to click through several layers of menus just to find basic configuration settings that were previously easy to access. Additionally, while the starter integrations are great, the documentation for more advanced Attribute Mapping and custom rules can be a bit thin. You often end up spending a lot of time on trial-and-error to get the user provisioning logic exactly right for non-standard apps. I'd love to see a more streamlined admin experience that prioritizes the tools we use daily over the newer, less essential features.
reliability is weak, user interface is slow, API is very limited, has good directory integration and role mapping capabilities
OneLogin is working great for us but some parts need to be improved. The logs don't always clearly tell you what's wrong. The troubleshooting is a little bit frustrating.
