While things are saving time with automation, the difficulty with this set up is with the effort of keeping everything connected and switched on. If you run a smaller organization, have a less technical expertise--take time to learn new technology.

The process is really easy to setup, with multiple built-in integrations in place. You have the flexibility to design the workflow and starting forms/entry points for the process.
