My company underwent an extensive PoV process and although it was close between Concentric and another vendor in this space, we ultimately selected Concentric since they had a couple key capabilities we needed to meet our requirements and use cases. The sales/sales engineering team was outstanding and their customer success offering is at a negligible cost versus the competition. We have only just begun to implement the solution following recent procurement, and during the holidays at that, so we have a ways to go before we can confirm a successful partnership, but based on what we saw during the PoV and given their recent strategic acquisitions to address data access governance and GenAI data protection/gov, we have every reason to feel optimistic.

After completing an extensive proof of value and using the Varonis platform successfully for the past eight months, we can confidently say that it has delivered meaningful, measurable value for our data security and governance programs. The POV process was extensive, and the Varonis team was highly engaged and responsive. It was well-structured, practical, and focused on real risks rather than theoretical use cases. By the end of the evaluation, Varonis clearly demonstrated visibility into where our sensitive data resides, who has access to it, and where our highest exposure existed. This made the purchasing decision very straightforward. In production, the platform has been stable, scalable and effective. Varonis provides clear, actionable insights into data access and risks, allowing us to move from reactive discovery to a more proactive approach. The ability to quickly identify overexposed data and prioritize remediation has been particularly valuable for governance, compliance and information security. Support and customer engagement have been extremely strong. During the POV and production implementation, the Varonis team has been knowledgeable, responsive, and invested in our success.

Small company that is highly driven with product success and ensuring the product is properly tailored to, if not the company, then the general industry as an overall.

They have been quick to respond to questions and have laid out setup calls to go over the account configuration to make sure everything is configured to best practices while explaining what optional configurations can be made.

We were moving pretty fast with GenAI internally, maybe too fast if I'm honest. Agents plugged into knowledge bases, Copiloy across M365, a couple of Bedrock experiments. Someone eventually asked wether we actually knew what those systems could see. We didn't, not really.. Sentra snwered that and helped us set guardrails we should have had from the start. Better late than never, I suppose.

Overall, our experience with Symmetry has been positive. the product delivers on its core promise of simplifying and standardizing compensation calculations while reducing manual effort and errors. It has helped our organization improve accuracy, compliance and efficiency in managing complex compensation structures. While there is a learning curve during initial adoption,. the long-term value and stability make it a reliable solution.

The BigID team is extremely smart. The tool is very versatile and has many capabilities

We had a lot of issues originally with network enforcement being enabled but it is stable now. There were (and still are) issues with certificate handling, especially for the SSL inspection feature which we had to implement a manual workaround, and it was really time consuming for our Security team.
