Ability to design app and create at your own pace - but this can also create challenges later down the road.
Very short amount of time to get real value. A ton of capabilities come out of box. Very easy to make company-specific configurations and customizations. Very flexible - usually more than one way to achieve your needs. Huge RoI - you just get so much capability for the cost. Low code/No code implementation. Most companies don't need much application developer support.
The reporting features being restricted to just fields from specific app. A lot times we are pulling from the smallest level child app to the largest level parent app and this makes reporting difficult. Also, I wish admin on demand services were negotiated into the contract for flexibility of use and bugdeting purposes.
cumbersome reporting and graphics - too many workarounds required and not all functionality offered addresses needs.
Have to be careful with change management to document changes you make to the system.

The product is marketed for its flexibility and the ease with which clients can customize their apps and reporting. I agree that the flexibility is a plus, but I have found the reporting and graphics to be subpar - clunky and not actually flexible in editing or additional needs. My biggest issue with the platform is that when you design your app, you have to really know how you want it to function and what type of reporting you want. If you don't, you cna end up with a lot of cumbersome workarounds and additional apps.
