Everyone we work with from sales to support are helpful and friendly. They want to help us succeed. The process to upgrade on prem versions was time consuming. We are currently working to setup the cloud version of Exstream and begin moving our forms and jobs there. It's complex and takes a lot of effort amongst OT prof services, OT tech teams, and our tech/security teams. It's all new and challenging but will bring great benefits, especially in decreasing upgrade times.

Overall the product seems to be successful and fulfill our business needs. Upgrades and bugs have bogged down migration efforts, but as we have learned the product more throughout the years, we have learned to navigate through some of these issues.
