I implemeneted this solution at a Utilities client, so the strategy was a bit on the conservative side. We installed OpenText Content Suite 10.1 -- back then Archive Server and Content Server were separately versioned. I was responsible for the SAP side as well and the LiveLink /ArchiveLink integration between SAP/OpenText CS. With sufficient knowledge on the SAP side and OT side, I found the implementation to be 7 on a scale of 10 , in terms of "difficulty". We were able to archive off a few teraBytes of data so SAP CR-B for Utilities does not hangup when pulling up some customer billing/service functions.

Better overall collaboration between the stakeholders and the 3rd party vendor up front would have resulted in better adoption of the new technology by the users. A partnership type relationship should have been the goal between us and the vendor before starting the implementation.
