Coupa has been great for matching POs to receipts and saving time using multiple services or approaches previously. Its easy and efficient to have everything in one place. Also for managing VAT compliance across regions its great. I also find it easier to have suppliers in one place to collaborate with as a kind of supplier portal. However we have had some issues with integration and syncing data with legacy systems and there's a bit of a sharp learning curve and training to be done for colleagues initially which has been slightly challenging.

It was user friendly with automate and streamline all invoice processing and with more efficiency, less errors as the overall expectations matched

Tradeshift has been a strong, reliable platform for managing our supplier relationships and invoice workflows at scale. Once implemented, it significantly reduced manual work, improved visibility into AP processes, and created a more structured, auditable flow for invoices and supplier interactions. The product is robust and continues to improve, especially for orgs with complex needs.

My overall experience with Basware has been a good one, its centralized view of all invoices and approval workflows has been useful for me working with Basware and its automated matching has reduced our manual work, and we can also use that over phone for approval which has helped my process faster and its UI is clear for navigation and supplier onboarding is also an easy process so i would overall say it has an good experience
