more data samples to be trained to get accuracy and initial subscription cost also expensive to buy and deploy

Support model - whenever we require support from their LPS, it's so slow and takes so much effort and time. You have to install this, install that, do this and that. In summary, it's not a seamless process and takes a lot of time from internal employees to troubleshoot and resolve an issue/enhancement. It's too much work. Ideally, they should be able to conduct investigations in a silo, but thats never the case, ever.

It is sometimes not as intuitive as having an integrated product within your purchasing platform
