The cost is affordable versus peers

The ease of use and programming to work with our day to day invoicing and employee expenses.

This could just be an internal issue at the time, but sometimes costs that were submitted didn't go into proper g/l mainly due to the interface only carrying common costs categories instead of specific ones

The UI has completely fallen behind others and often runs into errors or downtime

Reporting out of the platform is very difficult in CONCUR. Constant change of account rep.

Concur is phenomenal. I recommend it to everyone. The only hard part with Concur is that the reporting dashboard is not as user friendly as one would wish. We continue to explore add-on reporting functionality with Concur to improve the experience.
