simple enough to use with basic functionality for posting receipts and approval process
The cost is affordable versus peers
It effortless. The ability to simply snap a photo of a receipt, file it on an expense report and have everything processed automatically on my phone. I even do it sometimes while commuting on the train to work.
This could just be an internal issue at the time, but sometimes costs that were submitted didn't go into proper g/l mainly due to the interface only carrying common costs categories instead of specific ones
The UI has completely fallen behind others and often runs into errors or downtime
Sometimes it feels overwhelming when I do multiple expense reports in different periods. Maybe it's just because of how the interface is designed when I'm using my phone. A lot simpler on a laptop if doing multiple expense reports.
