It's great to have a supplier set up with catalogs for our teams to select goods that have already been pre-coded for accounting purposes, which saves a significant amount of time for the Accounting team. Customer service is responsive and quick to help resolve issues or questions identified via ticket or email. For us the integrations are really strong with all popular accounting systems e.g. QuickBooks, Sage and so on. Opportunities: While suited best for SMB's and the mid-market- in my opinion, can lack some flexibility and control that is typically required by larger enterprise level organizaitons.
