I love being able to create a single virtual card for a one-time project or event and share it with all relevant users. Purchases are tagged to the individual and to the project, I preconfigure the accounting info, and I can build in restrictions and approvals or not, as the specific use demands.
easy to navigate and links to quickbooks. search fields
Ramp's AI automation features and the overall application interface is amazing. Also, we have been able to completely pay for our end of year company party with Ramp rewards from using the cards to pay bills. This was not something we even considered when switching over.
I don't like that only employees who have paid seats can use Ramp to submit mileage reimbursements. We have several employees whose need is limited to that use (and very infrequently as well), and the per-user per month fee is too high for such limited use. To get around it, we still have a separate spreadsheet that about 70% of our staff uses for mileage reimbursements, that they email to our Ramp AP email. It creates confusion having two processes but we do it so that the 30% who are in Ramp get reimbursed quicker, more accurately, and with less work from A/P staff.
not being able to divide invoice between multiple classes/jobs
We have had some sync issues in the past which is really my only complaint. This seems to have gotten a lot better with the most recent Ramp updates.

Minimal Editing Required Due to Accurate Output from Ramp’s Screenshot Feature
Ramp is incredibly easy to use and makes submitted expenses hassle free. I often order dinner for the office and expense it and it makes it incredibly easy. I've also done some work with the Ramp API and it's been overall very easy to use and getting more featureful even as I've been using it! - Finance Associate<50M USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
Receipt Download Feature Appreciated Despite Issues with Vendor and Expense Processes
Overall I like Ramp. I gave it a 4 rating because I dont like it does not automatically update when I set up a vendor in Sage Intaact. I have go out and then go back and sometimes its still not there. - Owner<50M USDHealthcare and BiotechReview Source
Card Limits Help Address Security Concerns In Elderly Care Purchase Management
Ramp has been the perfect solution for our small business. We are a private duty care agency that serves the elderly. Sometimes our clients want their caregivers to purchase groceries or other items for them. I HATE the idea of a client giving someone their cash or credit card, not because I don't trust our employees but just because of the mistakes and misunderstandings that can happen. With Ramp, I can help our clients get what they want while protecting both their finances and our reputation.
