* Can hand out credit cards with very small limits, and easily manage those, e.g. my employees can request additional limit, I can assign new cards with large limits that are fixed to a particular vendor, etc. * Attaching receipts is a snap. We used to need to PDF and attach all receipts, but now it's forwarding an email or snapping a picture. * Approval flow is much faster/easier as well. I don't have to hound my approvers quite so much. * Love that credit cards auto-lock if transactions don't have receipts in a timely manner... a great encouragement to keep things flowing.
Physical card. Easy to integrate per our Finance team. Available App.
I love being able to create a single virtual card for a one-time project or event and share it with all relevant users. Purchases are tagged to the individual and to the project, I preconfigure the accounting info, and I can build in restrictions and approvals or not, as the specific use demands.
* Doesn't integrate natively with my accounting software and likely that even if it did, it would be behind the Ramp Plus paywall. (I'm very happily on the free tier.) * There is a notion of a Ramp Department which sits outside of our accounting codes. I wish those could sync as that would help reporting. * IMHO, it doesn't handle well people who report to two different supervisors, but I think that's just a hard problem anyway. * 1.5% rewards on all credit card transactions
Not as easy to use as a traditional credit card. Some vendors do not recognize or accept. Thicker card for some reason.
I don't like that only employees who have paid seats can use Ramp to submit mileage reimbursements. We have several employees whose need is limited to that use (and very infrequently as well), and the per-user per month fee is too high for such limited use. To get around it, we still have a separate spreadsheet that about 70% of our staff uses for mileage reimbursements, that they email to our Ramp AP email. It creates confusion having two processes but we do it so that the 30% who are in Ramp get reimbursed quicker, more accurately, and with less work from A/P staff.

Efficient Approval Flows and Receipt Handling; Ramp Free tier is great!
Totally revolutionized how we handle credit card transactions. It's really easy to manage credit card limits, send out for credit pre-approval, optimize post-transaction approvals, add receipts. Everything works really smoothly. - Chief Operating and Financial Officer<50M USDServices (non-Government)Review Source

Minimal Editing Required Due to Accurate Output from Ramp’s Screenshot Feature
Ramp is incredibly easy to use and makes submitted expenses hassle free. I often order dinner for the office and expense it and it makes it incredibly easy. I've also done some work with the Ramp API and it's been overall very easy to use and getting more featureful even as I've been using it! - Finance Associate<50M USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
Receipt Download Feature Appreciated Despite Issues with Vendor and Expense Processes
Overall I like Ramp. I gave it a 4 rating because I dont like it does not automatically update when I set up a vendor in Sage Intaact. I have go out and then go back and sometimes its still not there.
