The granular breakdown of expenses is really easy - just from a single expense, I can very easily see buttons to split payments and tagging colleagues. It takes what would feel like a more complex expense report, and makes it stress-free. I don't need to write in lots of context, as the forms allow me to feel confident in what I'm filling out due to the options available.
Specifically, I really like that when I submit an expense, I can calculate the mileage with the built-in maps. Not only this, but because it links in with our HR software. It's literally a one-click for me to move between the two services. When I reflect on my daily use of web expenses, this saves me a lot of time.
