Built-in maps. AI features are optional and not forced. How the service links in with my HR app.
The UI is good in most ways (other times not) and the overall direction is good, asking for feedback and the work they;ve done since first using it around 3 years ago is great.
I like the dashboard. Seeing the status of all my claims at a glance is convenient and is nicely designed. Also provides ease of going into a specific claim without the hassle of extra menus.
The UI is a tad clunky, nothing ugly but there's a lot going on. I say this, fully aware that I love how much features are included, so there's a trade-off that I'm willing to accept.
Some UI features are frustrating, like the submit button being available when I missed a step, which then I have to click then get a pop-up telling me I'm missing something, I'd suggest graying out the box and adding some indicator that something is missing. Another thing is the receipt adding, why do I have to upload the receipt, click the tick button, then click back to attach receipt?
I find the separate section for receipts confusing. When I am submitting and attaching a receipt to a claim I have the additional task of backing out and going back to my claim to finish editing it. I feel the navigation in this area could be improved.
