Impediments Faced While Setting Default Currency and Location for Claims

Poor configuration for our expenses, probably because my employer has not invested sufficiently. The inability to set the default currency for a claim and the default location is a real pain. It would also be good to be able to clone an item multiple times in a claim (specifically, private mileage, which is often between the same site day to day; as the tool to define waypoints has a poor search facility, cloning would save a lot of effort)

    having gotten used to the system over the last few years, it is a good system and easy to use. it is also easy to explain to new staff and easy to keep track of unactioned tasks or where your claim is in the approval process. best thing is the ability to choose who is the approver, which keeps the team agile and flexible when people are on leave or sick leave
