The UI is a tad clunky, nothing ugly but there's a lot going on. I say this, fully aware that I love how much features are included, so there's a trade-off that I'm willing to accept.
Read Full ReviewSome UI features are frustrating, like the submit button being available when I missed a step, which then I have to click then get a pop-up telling me I'm missing something, I'd suggest graying out the box and adding some indicator that something is missing. Another thing is the receipt adding, why do I have to upload the receipt, click the tick button, then click back to attach receipt?
Read Full ReviewI find the separate section for receipts confusing. When I am submitting and attaching a receipt to a claim I have the additional task of backing out and going back to my claim to finish editing it. I feel the navigation in this area could be improved.

The granular breakdown of expenses is really easy - just from a single expense, I can very easily see buttons to split payments and tagging colleagues. It takes what would feel like a more complex expense report, and makes it stress-free. I don't need to write in lots of context, as the forms allow me to feel confident in what I'm filling out due to the options available. Specifically, I really like that when I submit an expense, I can calculate the mileage with the built-in maps. Not only this, but because it links in with our HR software.
