End to end expense workflow (receipt cature > report creation > approvals > reimbursement) is handled well Mobile app and and the OCR receipt capture is very helpful Configurable rules, limits, and validations help ensure compliance with internal expense policies and make audits easier
The on the fly approval for managers/supervisors is great. Also, integration into Outlook and other internal software is very concise and easy. Multiple-page uploading is easy and intuitive. The user interface is easily customizable and easy to understand. Customizing colors and style is good.
The ease of tracking the bills submitted, underpending etc This can be approved via email and it will get approved and financial settlement starts faster (As clear inputs, proofs are already submitted for validation) If a bill is not approved by the manager in a specific span of time it goes to his higher manager and the process continues with predefined time
The interface used to be very, very clunky, though this has gotten a lot better Validation error is sometimes unclear, making it hard to understand what needs to be fixed in a report At peak time, some pages and searches can feel slow particularly when working with large reports or historical data
1. It's not as robust as it could be. 2. Adding more approvers is somewhat complex and can be confusing. 3. More integration points for uploading an email receipt is something that might be available, however my organization may not be leveraging.
I dont have an option to see total amounts claimed till now and we need to manually count it
