This expense management software is a good tool for large organizations. It allows us to file reimbursable expenses within the system and it automatically goes to finance for approval and then directly to treasury for payment. It removes the hassle of manually filing reports and delivering the forms to different departments.

Overall, it gets the job done but can't say it is the smoothest experience. It is quite useful for tracking and submitting expenses. Mobile app is quite a big bonus. User interface is not quite easy to navigate, it can be quite clunky. A lot depends on how the company set it up. Sometimes it can be time consuming.

Presently, we have Oracle ERP and we're considering implementing the expenses module. We're also considering Concur software which will need to be an interface. We looked at the mobile offering from Oracle for Exp but the functionality was very poor so are now exploring other vendors who can offer a p-card/corporate card solution that will integrate with Oracle. We have looked at Concur in the past but felt it has not kept pace with other solutions.

Concur Enhances Expense Input With AI Features But Faces Customization Challenges
We use Concur in our company to input and manage our expenses. The solution improved in the last years with new features for the user experience. Upload files and images is easy and fast also from the Mobile App and with the AI the solution recognize some important details so the process is shorter.
