That it emails you Company Card Notifications that a new expense has arrived in Concur for you to settle. I facilitate training classes. I love that I can create and save a group of attendees that had meals (lunch for example) and then reselect that group on different dates (because some training programs are days long). Finally, the software tells you if you have missed something that could possibly cause your report submitted to be rejected (this is very helpful).

As with many solutions from the same developer, it lacks robust multi-language support and still presents some issues with date, time, and currency formats across different countries.

Il y a parfois des problèmes quand on ajoute une pièce jointe, elle disparait et on doit réessayer à quelques reprises pour l'ajouter. L'ajout de dépenses est un processus assez long lors de déplacement de plusieurs journées, on doit entrer manuellement chaque facture. L'assistant AI n'accélère pas le processus, car il laisse des erreurs.

I find myself re-entering may fields over and over again (for multiple expenses/days). I wish it would just remember what I entered on all my previous expense submissions (most of the time they are the same).
