We use Concur in our company to input and manage our expenses. The solution improved in the last years with new features for the user experience. Upload files and images is easy and fast also from the Mobile App and with the AI the solution recognize some important details so the process is shorter. However some parts are still complex (for example when you manage customer intertainment cost where you need to insert many details in different tabs).

Overall, it gets the job done but can't say it is the smoothest experience. It is quite useful for tracking and submitting expenses. Mobile app is quite a big bonus. User interface is not quite easy to navigate, it can be quite clunky. A lot depends on how the company set it up. Sometimes it can be time consuming.
