The mobile app is my favorite part. I have a bunch of other SaaS mobile apps but they never function as well as the desktop version. Expensify, however, has a rockstar app and I can take a quick picture of receipts when I'm on the road and I know I don't have to worry about losing them during my work travels.
I believe that it's quite intuitive and easy to use to submit expense reports. The app facilitates a lot of employees' work because they can take pictures of their receipts - perfect for those on the go a lot.
It has seamless integration with tools, especially accounting tools which promotes to a well streamlined workflow that reduces the need for manual reconciliation. It supports multiple currencies which makes it and ideal tool for global use. I also like the mobile app as it helps us get insights on our expenses on the go.

It is not the ideal software to submit timesheets, there are limited time tracking features (for example you can't see the total amount of hours worked), it lacks project management tracking features, as well as analytics. I don't believe it's a scalable product.
I don't have any dislikes about Expensify. It meets all of our expense tracking needs.

I use Expensify on a weekly basis as I travel a ton for business. We have an enterprise license for our company and I also leverage the mobile app while I'm on the move. The platform is the best expense platform I've used over my 20 years of business travel. The UX / UI is wonderful, the platform is super easy to use and I've never had any technical issues.
