Overall, it is an easy-to-use expense platform but initial implementation and setup takes quite a bit of time and testing before it's ready. Creating and viewing reports with Cognos is also very easy, and it can be automated to create recurring reports. The App Center also allows for easy connection to platform.

Recurring expenses needs to be filled in every time. You can not list frequent, recurring expenses as "favorites". Search in projectcode is very limited, so therefore time consuming. I miss the functionality you can add on you mobile phone an expense, bty just making a picture and do an upload to the MXP environment.
