Recurring expenses needs to be filled in every time. You can not list frequent, recurring expenses as "favorites". Search in projectcode is very limited, so therefore time consuming. I miss the functionality you can add on you mobile phone an expense, bty just making a picture and do an upload to the MXP environment.

The interface is easy to learn and navigate, it is easy to update and work on updating expenses even when traveling, the receipts are easy to attach and crop.

It,s connected to your creditcard and to our financial processes.

Easy to use. Easy to attach receipts. Easy to put charges together for an expense report.

I once struggled to correctly submit an HCP encounter over drinks on the app becaue a check box was not available but when I got on the desktop version, I was able to correctly submit it. There is not a way to account for No Shows at a dinner event if the contract sends us over our allowance per attendee. It wouldbe nice if the transactions would load sooner and not have such a delay.

Charges show up in the credit card app before they appear in MXP (by day(s)). The last time I used autofill to create a new expense it took too long to work so now I just do it manually. My boss has to be proactive and look into MXP to see if there is something for him to approve, apparently if MXP is sending him a note to approve, he is not getting it.
