We have had a very positive experience with Rydoo. Start with Sales (when we run an RFP) up to the final implementation. Everything went well and smoothly - always professional. Overall, we have internally improved significantly the time needed to submit expenses, and we used the implementation to ensure policies and governance are put in place, globally. We finally have efficient, transparent and intuitive workflows in place with the help of Rydoo which leads to improved reimbursement times, better control over expenses and approvals.

System works well. It could be partly a bit more handy/intuitive. It would be nice if the app could also be used for approvals for whole travels - currently I can see expenses but I cannot filter the travel itself per employee.

Employees can capture, classify, and submit expenses in seconds, which greatly improves adoption and reduces time spent on administrative work. On the administrator side, Rydoo offers a clean and well-structured platform that is straightforward to configure and maintain. The policy controls and approval paths are clear and efficient. Rydoo's integration capabilities with accounting and ERP systems ensure smooth data flow, enabling finance teams to process, reconcile, and reimburse employee expenses quickly and accurately. Overall, Rydoo provides a modern, reliable, and highly efficient solution for managing business expenses. Smart Audit streamlines the entire process end-to-end, reduces manual effort and delivers a significantly improved experience for all users involved.

Dislike

Integration wise it always seems simple to connect it to other applications but here and there the API is limited. But this criticism is on a high level - and not really fair. When it comes to customization, the tool has its limits - which is a weak point, but also a strength as it helps you as an organization to rethink your own individual process.

    From the beginning to the end, it was a good experience. During the implementation phase we have had some discussions on how to best implement approvals, but Rydoo listened and has also added suggested improvements to their improvement scope. After the go-live there is still room for the necessary support to fine-tune Rydoo where necessary.
