We use Concur in our company to input and manage our expenses. The solution improved in the last years with new features for the user experience. Upload files and images is easy and fast also from the Mobile App and with the AI the solution recognize some important details so the process is shorter. However some parts are still complex (for example when you manage customer intertainment cost where you need to insert many details in different tabs).

Interface is great and well thought out. The mobile app capabilities take the admin legwork out of expense reporting. Have experienced some bugs when saving a receipt directly on the mobile app or even on the browser, this has gotten a few team members in trouble since there was no record of recovery. Customizable to your organization and friendly to users, encouraging prompt submission and reporting. There are ways to over-engineer it, but as long as the internal processes are optimized, we feel like Expensify can grow and scale with us as our organization becomes more complex

We have had a very positive experience with Rydoo. Start with Sales (when we run an RFP) up to the final implementation. Everything went well and smoothly - always professional. Overall, we have internally improved significantly the time needed to submit expenses, and we used the implementation to ensure policies and governance are put in place, globally. We finally have efficient, transparent and intuitive workflows in place with the help of Rydoo which leads to improved reimbursement times, better control over expenses and approvals.

As the primary A/P admin, I have found the invoice processing experience to be seamless. On the few occassions where payment information was entered incorrectly, support was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The ability to edit transactions makes this process user friendly. It's also simple to find the information I need within just a few clicks. Overall, Ramp has streamlined our invoice processing by leveraging AI to draft memos, auto-populate fields, and even split and calculate line items. It has noticeably reduced the time spent on all of these manual tasks.

Recurring expenses needs to be filled in every time. You can not list frequent, recurring expenses as "favorites". Search in projectcode is very limited, so therefore time consuming. I miss the functionality you can add on you mobile phone an expense, bty just making a picture and do an upload to the MXP environment.
