The implementation and subsequent adoption of Tipalti has been very good and I would recommend it to others as a market leading AP tool. There are a few small things that could be improved and would would help push the solution into the 'exceptional' bracket but these are not business critical issues. Innovation and system development has also been a big driver of the Tipalti journey and that has been very evident for all the time that we've been a customer.

We were the beta for Tipalti integrating with Syteline so there was a lot that had to be sorted in the first year. Eventually we found it to work well with Syteline but there are still glitches.
