I like the NetSuite integration the most. Invoices sync in real time. I also like the automated remittance and communication templates that we can edit. I've recently discovered live chat, which I utilize when I don't want to wait for a reply to email. I save about 15 hours per month over our previous platform.
Read Full ReviewManagement of approval flows is great in Tipalti and one of the things that makes them stand out. In particular, the ability to adjust the approval flow for an invoice that is mid way through the approval process (without needing to update the underlying approval rules) is an amazing feature and a USP that not many others have. I do think Tipalti should look to push this as a USP as part of the sales process.

1. I do not like the high fees on the tiered structure of international payments. When evaluating, we did not have a good understanding of this and thought it would be the market Fx rate 2. Our users found the separate URL's for Procurement and Bills to be confusing 3. When POs are for more than one department, Tipalti PO approval routing does not accommodate this very well. 4. Junk emails are occasionally pulled in, and non-PDF invoices are not pulled in.

Read Full ReviewThe solution is very US driven and not customised to local areas e.g. Referencing wire and e-checks in the UK is unnecessarily confusing. Also there are a few AP basics that don't exist, e.g. credit notes.

Great AP tool with lots of innovation on the horizon
The implementation and subsequent adoption of Tipalti has been very good and I would recommend it to others as a market leading AP tool. There are a few small things that could be improved and would would help push the solution into the 'exceptional' bracket but these are not business critical issues.
