Invoice integrations are a game changer: from we invoice send the invoice to you in the way and with the content we want to the Tradeshift invoice fully matches our ERP details and it can be posted touchless. That helps big time with high-volume vendors. On the other hand, for less experienced customers, TIE's expertise and their suggestions/recommendations are key when roadblocks/errors appear.
Userfriendliness and the value it brings to the P2P process
My fave thing about tradeshift is the centralization. Moving approvals, invoicing, and comms into one home is mega-helpful.
L1 support service has room for improvement when it comes to proactiveness and following up on open issues. L2 support quite often becomes a bottleneck, requiring escalation to CSM WebUI design gap (at least in our pov, also affecting our integrated suppliers): when an invoice with multiple lines triggers an error, it is not possible to identify which line has the error. Ticket creation when support is required is painful for our vendors.
It takes more time than expected to bring new suppliers onboard. Tradeshift needs to improve support and professional services and better serve its clients
There's definitely a learning curve and setup can be a pain. Honestly, getting suppliers to cooperate has been frustrating too.
