Whatr i really like, is, that it is directly integrated into the overall Optimizely environment. It is easy to use and easy to understand what it comes to the set up of instructions and agents. that facilitates the creation of meaningful use cases which deliver value in my daily work.
Easy to set-up experiments, constant feature improvements and an excellent support team
Their were some issues in the beginning like versioning, access and knowing about the credit consuption in advance , but most of them have already been solved. As a computer scientist, i dislike the pobabilistic outcomes, but that is more of a general AI issue.
Cost. Their products skew higher when compared to some of our other tooling.

Optimizely is an excellent vendor with a very powerful products. We primarily use their experimentation product - but I have nothing but good things to say about the company, our CSM/AE and their product.
