Optiv Security Managed Security Services, Worldwide

We utilized Optiv services to overhaul an existing program that was deployed within our organization, but was in desperate need of a review. The program was not being utilized properly due to a mix of complications with the initial deployment and configuration. They provided a full plan for the process, and then helped execute the recommended changes. Since then, the program in question is in a much better shape, and has become a lot easier to manage. This project is not something we would have had the time or resources to complete on our own, so their services were critical in us getting this completed. I was the primary contact and administrator that went through the project with their team, participating in the review and remediation meetings, and implementing their recommended changes.
